Privacy policy

• From the order form: your name, phone number, preferred way of contact, the model and accessories you chose, how you want to receive them and your comment.
• Technical data when the form is sent: IP address, browser type, the page it was sent from and the time. We use these only for security and to block automated submissions.
• Visit statistics, without cookies: which pages are opened, which site you came from, language and screen type (phone, tablet, computer). Instead of your IP address we keep a code that changes every day and cannot be linked to you; the IP address itself is not recorded.
• We do not collect payment details and do not ask for health data or other special categories of data.

• To contact you, confirm the order and arrange installation or delivery — steps taken at your request before entering into and performing a contract.
• On the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before.
• Our legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse (technical data) and in knowing, in general figures, how many people visit the site and which pages interest them (visit statistics).
• Accounting and tax obligations — for completed sales.
• We do not use the data for advertising, do not sell it and make no automated decisions based on it.

• Our web hosting provider, which stores the site and the database on its servers under a contract.
• The order notification (your name, phone and what you chose) reaches us by e-mail and, if enabled, in Telegram; these services may have servers outside the Republic of Moldova.
• The courier service — name, phone and address, only if you choose delivery.
• If you choose Viber, Telegram or WhatsApp, the conversation goes through those services, which also operate outside the Republic of Moldova under their own policies.
• Public authorities, only where the law requires it.

• Website requests — 12 months from submission, then deleted automatically.
• Visit statistics — 13 months, then deleted automatically.
• Data in the accounting documents of sales — for the periods set by accounting and tax law.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Write to the e-mail address above: we reply free of charge within one month; in complex cases this may be extended by two further months, and we will tell you so within the first month.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (datepersonale.md).

The database cannot be reached from a browser, and the admin panel is protected by a password and a limit on login attempts. Only the staff who handle orders have access.

The site uses no cookies and stores no identifiers in your browser. We keep visit statistics ourselves, on our own server, without third-party analytics or advertising services. Fonts and images load from our own site.

YouTube videos load only after you press “Play video”, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From then on, Google’s privacy policy applies.

The forms are intended for people aged 14 and over. For younger people, a parent or legal representative sends the request.

We may update this policy; the date of the latest version is shown at the top of the page. The accepted version is stored with every request.
